Exercise caution - it might not just be a question of visa, he may be genuine, but what you need to sort out is whether your different cultural belief systems (assuming you are not Turkish) are compromisable. What are his attitudes to your role as a partner? Are his or your expectations to get married? What is his expectation of you as his wife? Does that fit with your view of your own role?
Take some time in getting to know each other. If he is genuine, he will understand your reticence. If he wants to rush things, then you have your answer.

well it's your life and your destiny. if you go then you must make sure you stay somewhere safe and do not give him your passport. personally i would just enjoy the memory of a holiday romance and leave it. his daily contact with you is a trick to stop you having any time to think straight. it's too much attention and you need to cool off and think straight. tell him you are going to see friends for a week and will contact him when you get back. one week will not make a difference if this is the real thing. don't contact him..no texts or calls and get your head together.

My friend married a Turkish guy, lives with him out there he does not need a visa and they run a very profitable hotel out there which he paid for.
He treats her very well and she is happy however even she admits that her story is very far and few between...apparently your their princess until they get a ring on your finger then your like the hired help...
Be careful it`s much harder when your far from your friends and family but I wish you good luck cos you sound smitten.

Turkish men are hot but are very much like Ghanians and will do almost anything to get an invitation to the UK, once here they tend to disappear and leave you facing the music with immigration

hmm...without sounding too pesimistic, i would be very very careful. i'll tell you of a personal story...i went to egypt last year...one of the hotel staff started to get very friendly with me. He took me on a tour of the town, then the next day asked me to go back and meet his mother. Luckily i didnt because he had planned on asking me to marry him. If you want this, then fair play to you, go for it. Just be careful though as our culture is very different from others.
good luck!

Holiday romance. Being with this person 24/7 is something else, if you were sure you wouldn't have asked.
