The answer is Sodium Dichromate.
The compound contains two ions:
the Sodium Ion (Na+) and the Dichromate Ion (Cr2O7 -2)
As thus, the subscript for the Na should be 2 and the subscript for the dichromate ion is 1.

For example, K2Cr2O7 - potassium dichromate.
(K+ and Cr2O7 -2)

2 Chromium would be a DiChromate so my guess would be a Sodium Dichromate of some type.

You're close...it's sodium dichromate.
Na2 is Sodium. Cr2O7 is the chromate
part.
