2. gale sayers
3. reggie white
4. mike singletary
5. ronny lott
6. jerry rice
7.john elway
8.earl campbell
9.anthony munoz
10.jack lambert
point is to many good players in nfl to say who is the best.
p.s. i do think that Barry Snaders is in the top 5 of running backs

you guys are all naming running backs and QB's.. the best guy to ever play football is Reggie White no one can stop his defensive line sack skills.. he was the only one that scared all those big O -linemen that went up against him...he is number 2 in sacks all time just 2 sacks under bruce smith for the number one spot..
R.I.P Reggie White you will be missed
