Pogo, Yahoo for a couple. If you like Cribbage, ACC for American Cribbage Congress. These are all online. For full and not internet connected and I think there is Hodges.

a great website that has a lot of open source games is www.sourceforge.net (one of my favorites is http://sc2.sourceforge.net/ )
Other than that, you can download all sorts of video game emulators to play older nintendo, playstation and sega games such as http://www.emulator-zone.com/ and ones you can play online here: http://www.everyvideogame.com/.
You can also download a torrent client like azureus (http://azureus.sourceforge.net/ ) and use to download games and an online torrent tracker such as http://www.midnight-torrents.com/ to find them - there is a lot of illegal software (pirated) on torrent rackers, so be careful.
