Typical Mourinho!!!

If anything goes against Chelsea he is up in arms about them trying to kill his players. If it is his players, then the other side are pansies.

Both challenges were innocuous. The first one, maybe he did leave his leg in but he was going for the ball, Cech's momentum and Hunt's were bound to mean they collided. It is just a shame that it had the consequences it did.

Cudicini, again two players in full momentum colliding. Again a shame it had the consequences it did.

I hope both players make a full recovery and are soon playing again as I believe that they are two of the best keepers in the world.

I think it is poor of any manager, or player, who asks the FA to look at a situation with the full knowledge that they are trying to get the other person into trouble, whether it be like this or a player waving his hand to try to get another booked.

These kind of things happen in football, it is a physical sport. Another thing to 'do a Mourinho' and bay for blood afterwards.

Did you watch the game as football supporter or a Chelsea hating Gooner?
Look at the way Hunt went towards Petr Cech and the way he left out his right leg.
Later on in the game Drogba had the same sort of opportunity but jumped over the Reading goalkeeper. As Tierry Henry does so often.
I wouldn't think (well I hope not) that Hunt would want to cause such a prospective serious injury. But he definately kicked him deliberatley.
The Cudicine incident is a little moe debatable. But the Reading player (can't spell his name) wasn't taking any prisoners.
Morhinho maybe should say what he thinks in Portugese then have it translated. He gets a little lost with his English.
But yes basically he was right.

Typical foreign over reaction. Of course the Reading player did not mean it. It was a very unfortunate iincident. I quite like Mourinho but he is a bit of a clown and excitable. Things happen in football - it is a physical game. He should not go round accusing players of deliberating hurting another professional.

While I think that Mourinho was more caught up in the moment I feel that the Reading players could have held up a little, because those goalies were in vulnerable positions

He's quite right in saying the challenge could have killed Cech... and i think that cech is a brave a speedy recovery man and if that was not a very very hard on purpose challenge he would of jumped straight up hes the best golie in the world!!!! hope he gets better as soon as posible and carlo

he is right as always 1st incident cech had ball and reading players saw this he done age old tactic in football for players with lesser ability" I'll hit him early on and let him know im here"
in the 2nd incident the guy who challenged cudicini was fair enough it was the 2ND guy who was just jumping to make a nuisance of him self done the damage but it was against Chelsea so very little will be done or said

Of course, we all expected Mourinho to piss and moan about those challenges. Now we'll see how Chelsea fare when decisions go against them. They've had loads of dodgy decisions go their way. I'm not saying the one on Cech wasn't a foul, it clearly was, but Sonko's challenge on Cudicini was accidental. He was perfectly entitled to go for that. Welcome back Karma! The balance of football is slowly but surely coming back!

Not a big supporter of Mourinho, as he is full of himself, a legend in his own mind.

But after see both incidents a couple of times, think both could have been avoided and can see his point. he just could have put it better.
Sounds like Cech will be back for Wednesday, hope so.

i dont feel the foul on cech was on purpose and i dont feel there was anything he could of done one of those things now the one on cudicini was a little sinicle how gutting is it for cudachini though what a chance to get in and prove himself and half hour later in the same game he gets knocked out as well weird when you think how often any goalie gets KO'd lol .

The challenge, as i have seen it was not intentional.
But i did expect the over reaction of a foreign manager to the English game if not going in his favour.
