.ninety 5 and ninety 5% are equivelent to ninety 5/a hundred, because of the fact it would be out of a hundred. additionally, .6 may well be 60 out of a hundred, so 60% and 60/a hundred. Now, simplify that fraction via dividing each and each selection via a selection they're the two divisible via. case in point, ninety 5 and a hundred are the two divisible via 5. ninety 5/5=15 and a hundred/5=20. So 19/20 is the recent fractions. 19 won't be in a position to be divisible via something yet a million and itself (making it a prime selection) so to any extent further simplification might basically come out the comparable! wish this permits! :]

75% can mean 75/100 right? Say if you don't know the fraction you can just put it over 100.
Say 654% put it over a 100 and it is:
654/100, every percent is always over 100. 4% is 4/100
