It's not a Sex Pistols song

It's by Public Image Limited (Still John Lydon singing) and it's called Rise

Close with the Sex Pistols but it is Public Image LTD. The song is Rise. John Lydon (johnny rotten) was in the Sex Pistols, this was the band after.

I don't think it's Sex Pistols. I think it's "Pil" and the name of the song is "Rise"
