It's good stuff...and I love it. But it eats your brain and drains the serotonin in your brain leaving succeptability to mood disorders. I have panic disorder and anxiety disorder but I had those prior to taking it. It didn't help though.

No I have not tried it. Any substance that is mind altering which includes ALL ellicit drugs should not be legal. Even alcohol should be more regulated. If you have ever lived with a drug addict and/or alcoholic you would see things differently. Some of the people who are incarcerated in county jails are there on drug charges. Either possession, selling it, etc. I agree our government is taxing us too high to take care of these people, but what is the answer? Certainly not legalizing a drug that has killed many people, especially young ones.
This is a question that will always be in controversy.

Should not be legalized. Who knows what it is traced with: Acid, Meth, Heroin, PCP. Not to mention it damages your brain by ruining the receptors. Yeah it may be fun when you are young and stupid but it really does change you as a person. You are automatically more likely to have depression or other kinds of psychological problems (ADD, bi-polar or schizophrenia...ect). In the 1970's MDMA was used as a psychiatric drug to help people through therapy. Nowadays, it really isn't safe. Do people still do that stuff? Pretty sad that some people just don't grow up.

ecstasy is a very safe drug, it actually made number 18 on top 20 dangerous drugs (1 being the most dangerous). ecstasy pushes serrotonin into the synapse then destroys most of it. when serrotonin is in the synapse it links to serrotonin receptors over and over and over again overstimulating each one. after ur done with ur roll ur serrotonin is down by about 70% which is just one pill and ur receptors are down too, making u lack emotions of what serrotonin controls: sleep, mood, thoughts, hunger, pain, sex drive. it is not used for therapist medicines, it WAS used. ecstasy causes dehydration, and about 10% of people who use ecstasy dont know that so imagine it in the hands of EVERYONE. u can say to put perscription doses on it, instead of a street pill of about 70-100 mg's of mdma they would only make about idkk say 50 mg's of mdma people WILL take more then one pill to get the affects wich can then go up to the normal street pill. kids can get it from their parents medicine cabinet wich they already do with other kinds of pills and if parents hide them: if kids really wanted the pills they WILL find them no matter wat. it stopped being used for therapist reasons because in short term it makes u very happy, makes u open up but then patients needed to start going more and more, they were getting depressed because ecstasy does cause depression or anxiety. the affects of a small dose ecstasy pill will not make patients open up and talk, it will just make them feel a little good and probobly a little more chattery but thats about it. it would also get into the hands of idiots and not make it as 'fun' to do. earlier when i meant 'kids' im reffering to teens. lots of people dont know that u should never take ecstasy with alcohol so that will be a problem and drinking too much water in a short period of time also known as 'hyperhydration' wich both can cause death. did you know you should NEVER under any circumstances go on any collercoasters, rides, farris weals, electronic swings, pretty much any ride? this is because ecstasy causes ur heart rate to go up ALLOT- going on a ride sober will make ur heart rate go up, imagine being on a drug that ANYTHING excites u on and ur heart rate is already up allot what do u think will happen? wen u get off that ride ur heart willhave a 99% possibility : collapse or have a heart attack. speaking of heart attacks on ex, anyone over the age of about 35 should not take ex because they are more prone to having a heart attack. how old are most of the people who go to therapy? about 35+ so i dont think 'legal' ecstasy will work that well, sorry.

No, it should not be legalized. I have seen the aftermath of an Ecstasy user. She took one pill and two hours later she was dead. She was 16 years old.

I tried LSD once. It contributed to mental health problems for 5 yrs in what are commonly called "flashbacks" that were quite unpleasant.
I do not want to see ANY hallucigenic drug legalized.

Yes, I've tried it, Seen several people have heart attacks on "E". Making it legal makes it easier to obtain by everyone, therefore more people having Heart attacks. Know several girls that are now HIV positive for acts that occured while they were under the uninhibited influence of "E" also.

No, I have never tried it.
I haven't tried most drugs, but they should all be legalized. It's not that I'm pro-drug, it's that I'm anti paying for everyone and their sister to sit in jail at $50k+ per year. Let 'em go and give me my money back! Let them kill themselves, I don't care. I just want the cash.

Just because a drug is easy to obtain doesn't mean it should be legalized.
