I would just dump her.
What's the point in beating up a guy just for wanting to sleep with a hot chick. I mean, she is hot, right? Probably lots of guys want to sleep with her, and you can't just go around beating up each and every guy that she cheats with. The problem is really just her.

if the guy is a minor (under 18) and you aren't a minor you could be put in jail. if you're both minors the most you'd get is juvenile hall or be put in jail for like 3 days. i would do both, dump her, and beat the guy up. as a girl i would want to get revenge on my boyfriend that cheated on me plus beat the girl to a bloody pulp. hope this helps! :D

I guess your question tells us why she went with someone else. If your intelligence is so low you think hitting someone changes anything, she's better off without you.
You don't have the right to hit anyone. Period. It doesn't solve problems, it creates them.
Women are not property; if your gf/wife wants to be with someone else, that's up to her and you don't have any right to criticise. However, if you are wise you will take the hint and walk away from her, because she's not interested in you any more.
