well i dont know what ur talking about with the questions... but if u want to put hearts on ur screen name than you can go to different fonts (i reccommend the ones that dont use letters like Webdings, Symbol, Common bullets) and choose different symbols. there are also Alt symbols that u can use by typing Alt, then a number (the numbers on the right side of the keyboard not the top) experiment in Microsoft Word or other programs and i hope it works for you!
