I've have made some fairly rude replies. Mainly because either the question wasn't really a question, more of an advertisement or a preach.
OR
The question was more of an attack on my personal beliefs, other than a question.

Agreed. Depends on the question and questioner.

I often research THEIR other questions and answers.

I find 20 year old + college students here pretending to be girls when they are guys or 14 year olds posting questions in Adolsecents saying they are about to have sex.

Sometimes I've gotten best answer from flippant remarks, because the person was being over the edge when they asked the question!

Someone once asked what everyone though about Islam boycotting Vatacan products and I said

You mean Islamics won't be buyiing little Pope statues made in China anymore!

Got me best answer!

I didn't expect it either, it just struck me as being such a non-issue!

I felt the same way about the Boycott of Danish products

I guess Islamics won't be buying Danola Danish Ham anymore!

(Let me explain the punchline for those here who are more dubya than Dubya, Muslims don't eat pork products!)

Sometimes if I'm not in a good mood that day. But I don't mean anything by it. I should just stay off on those days, I guess !
