Ohhh...I've got the solution for you!!!! First remove as much paint as you can with paper towels...trying not to spread it around. Then...
GOOF OFF--The Ultimate Remover
You can buy it at any Home Depot Store (maybe Wal-Mart). It comes in a yellow can...pint, half gallon, gallon etc. It will remove anything from crayon and gum to candle wax and YES latex paint. Someone got paint on my brand new Benz and it took the Latex paint right off with out damaging the car finish.
Wait till your driveway is dry. Then apply the Goof Off with a brush or spray bottle...wait a couple minutes (you will see paint curdle) and then using a DRY scrub brush rub it off. Problem solved.
Good Luck To You!

Maybe a really good powerwasher. I did the same thing and when I was going to get something to try to clean it up my wife drove in the driveway, rolled through it and made it 10 times worse. Good luck

I even have had stable luck eliminating oil stains with a cleansing soap referred to as user-friendly eco-friendly. it quite is risk-free to apply (do not drink it besides the reality that it smells stable) and cuts oil and grease quite nicely. I make a mix of 50/50/ cleansing soap and water and enable it soak for awhile then use a stiff broom to scrub at it. it form of feels to artwork greater effectual than one hundred%. of course it needs the water to improve the oil. Then rinse with backyard hose. you're able to could desire to do it quite a few cases however the cleansing soap is biodegradable and risk-free. i exploit it on something with oil and grease!!! Even laundry!!! I lay the backyard hose out interior the solar to get the water warm!

Old terrycloth towel saturated with lacquer thinner, laid on top of the paint. Have your neighbor arrested before he does the vandalism again.
