can any1 help i have a samsung d500 mobile phone it has worked fine for ages but suddenly today it wont work properly its got a white screen and i cant see anything the screen is literally all white...any1 know anything ...!!!

Mine also did that,and the buttons started sticking too...all I could do was take the battery out for a while,put it back in and tried switching it on again which luckily worked.It seems to be a common problem with these phones,it happened to my friend too.

yes my phone did that too... im so surprised the SAME problem has happend to sooooooooo many people.. we should send complains to samsung for making such faulty phones.. i paid £250+ for the d500 when it first come out and then it completly died less than 9 months later!!!

mines did that aswell and it was under a year old. i think its a fault withe the d500s as it also happened to my friends. i sent mine back to samsung and got it fixed

the exact same thing happened to mine...twice! i took it a mobile phone shop and they fixed it for me then the second time i got the screen replaced. but i have been told that it happens to all of them, and my friend had the same problem too! it is fixable but it might happen again like it did to mine. hope that helps x
