why don;t you just ignore her? She would lose interest in posting her unbelievably stupid, hateful questions a lot quicker if no one responded to him. Someone that wrotten is surely not worth attention, are they?

Because some people are driven by the need to prove others wrong - no matter how pointless the argument really is. It's almost as pointless as arguing with a Jehovah's Witness really!

You may be right. Troll-bashing is a thankless task. Still, it's hard to let it pass when someone is being that kind of rude. And some spark in me hopes we can get through to her and grow her up into a real human being.
