avoid liquor, so you CAN remember it.... and have the people around you who you truly love..... it doesn't matter the event; what matters is the company

If you start saving now, you can do what I did. GO TO VEGAS!!!! - The trip was split four ways with my buddies, and I ended up only spending about 800 dollars & this was in June of this year.
100 for food - When you gamble you earn points and can get free food.
0$ on drinks, you get them for free at casinos
250 on the plane ticket
175 on hotel (3 days)
and the rest was lost at slot machines and strip clubs, but i won back 500 on a blackjack table, so really my trip only cost me 300 :)
I really recommend going there, its a completely different world, and I will NEVER forget my 21st birthday.
ps. I chugged a beer with carrot top on my birthday How friggin cool is that

I was going to suggest parachute jumping or sky gliding.....but now I think about it you should definitely try to accomplish something that you have always wanted to do and have no regrets..
You will feel so much more satisfied if you can look back on the day and have the best memories of something that meant alot to you.
I dont think anyone can really tell you how to have a good time - its more special if its personal to you...
Its gonna be mine next year aswell so i gotta start thinking from now!!

Get all your friends/relatives to go to the Oxfam site and buy things like 25 sapling trees or water filters for under-developed countries. It'd be great going into work and telling people you got a toilet for your 21st.

How about saving up to be able to go somewhere you have always wanted??? It would be even better if you could go with your best friend etc. and you will always remember your special day.

Congrats
Hire a narrow boat with a group of mates and sail it up and down a couple of canals, stopping to eat at lovely pubs and bumping into other canal boat parties!!

Get one drink. That's what I'm doing next month. That way I won't be drunk but still feel older. Maybe pick up a good looking guy if there is one around.

Get all the girls together and go on a spa break. Pamper yourself. Unwind & chill out with your mates. Thats what I will be doing for my next birthday.

Get together with your closest friends and organize party, like maybe rent a buidling or place just for you. You can all go and get drunk or do whatever you want there and hang out and have the place all to yourselves. @_@
