It won't work, look what happened to my hair when I tried to use mine!

If you are staying in hotels, most have hair dryers. If not, just buy a cheap one for $10 in any pharmacy or big-box store.

Sorry! The voltage in the US is only 110. Also, our outlets are shaped differently than European ones. You would need to purchase both a current coverter and an adapter to use your appliance. It's best not to take it at all. Most hotels have hair dryers in the rooms or they can be purchased very inexpensively in any drug store or department store.

The US runs 110v appliances. Your 220v hair dryer and other appliances won't work.

120V 60Hz. India works on 230V, 50Hz i imagine. So the quick answer isn't any. There are converters, yet for the fee of them, you would possibly want to besides in basic terms purchase a cheap hair dryer once you get tot he united states.
