I really like http://www.writing.com for it's community and extensive selection of genres. There are areas for just about anything you can think to write, and the people there give excellent feedback and comments.

I recommend www.ourecho.com. It's free to post your stories and poems there. They even choose a best one each month and that writer wins $100.
