Need info on virus,Spyware will not take out virus. Avast or avg are really good programs and they are free

BEFORE YOU DO THIS RUN ANTI VIRUS AS THE PERSON ABOVE SUGGESTED BECAUSE THAT SHOULD WORK.
Backup your datafiles and downloaded setup files, boot from your windows setup disk, choose to replace your current operating system and format your drive, setup takes about an hour, re-instal your computer drivers for display, mouse, drives etc, restore your backups, run your setup files, altogether about 2 hours from start to finish with 20 minute periods where you can have a cup orf tea or read a novel.

No joke...... run a virus scan and to find the virus.You should be able to find and inoculate and the virus scan free online.
