I don't think that the resources of Mexico can only be found there. Mexico is rich in oil, natural gas, silver, gold, copper, timber among other things. These resources can be found in other parts of the world too but Mexico has a lot of them concentrated within its territory. In terms of the quality of those resources I don't think you can find out if the gas you put in your car is made from oil from Saudi Arabia, Venezuela or México.

Well, you have to consider that in Mexico there are 7,320 species that only exist in Mexico.
Mexico is rich in all type of resources.
