It was not a DUI, or a DWI. Jus a regular underage drinking ticket... and yea Im realizing that im jus gonna have to suck it up and go, its too late for me to ask for a continuance...oh well.

Just go, the stress is what's making you sick... :) Face it, deal with it, and move on wiser and with less money to party.

You're too late! You must show up tomorrow at 9am or you will have a default judgement against you. I suggest that you go tomorrow and ask for what most places call "scheduled payments" on your ticket. Your license will be suspended during the time you are paying on the ticket (and possibly for a long while afterwards since it was a DUI....). This is your first hearing so you will not have a public defender unless you ASK for one. I suggest you go to court. If you don't, again, there will be a default judgement against you, and you are quite likely to have a bench warrant out for your arrest as well. Just SHOW UP.

Go to court. If you are guilty and planning on entering a guilty plea, tell the Judge that and then tell that you concern is that you don't have the money now to pay a fine and that you need more time to do it. I am sure they will will allow you to pay it over a period of time. Better to be honest with the judge and do that than to try to make up false excuses.
