If your ISP provides email with your service he will let you know what the POP3 and SMTP addresses are along with your email address.

If you have an address xxx@yyy.com you can try pop3.yyy.com or mail.yyy.com or yyy.com.
For the SMTP address try smtp.yyy.com or yyy.com.
