when we changed our new plan, we were able to. now we cant. is it due to the new smart chip that we need or what? i am trying to get a ringtone but it says network failed. HELP!!!

Had the same problem when i bought a new phone had to call tech support and let them run tests on the phone be sure when you call to use a different phone than the one you are having trouble with so they can preform the necessary test.

Either one of two things. You haven't subscribed for the service or some setting problems with the phone. I think you should ask Cingular about it.

I somewhat have the 6010 and a similar issues. I fixed it some months in the past and its nevertheless broke. I went to the phone Co. and informed them the project. you want to have textual content grew to change into on and the internet thingy grew to change into on too. in case you lose one or the different it wont paintings.....or Cingular in basic terms undeniable sucks.
