Have you tried a fertility clinic? Also a doctor could do a sperm count. Good luck on trying and God bless. I'll keep you in my prayers

"TAKING CHARGE OR YOUR FERTILITY"
I've recommended it before, and I'll say it again. This book helped my husband & I finally conceive. It explains alot. Not everyone's cycle is 14 days to ovulate. Some women ovulate around 7 days, others later than 14. It's a matter of making sense of the signs of fertility.
I too have used the 'fertility friend' website. HOWEVER. These are based on cycle being 28 days long. It is relevant to note that some women have months of anovulation. No egg drops. Need to document things, to have a good understanding.
Dr. was going to do two tests on me. One; had to wait until period started to do blood test for the LH - leutinizing hormone.
then another later on, at day 12 or so for FSH- folicle stimulating hormone. Then, to check also my husbands' sperm count; for mobility, numbers, etc. (while waiting for my period to start, we ended up getting pregnant... the no worry thing I guess? not stressing out over it? Just waiting for period to start instead of not starting? I don't know.)
I really hope that this helps? You just may find that with this book and charting, you'll both get to know her body alot better, and really understand when is best for trying, and just give you a better idea of everything!!
GOOD LUCK!!!! I wish you all the best!!!
:o)

They would do a semen analysis on you to determine semen quality, count and movement. It would also help to pinpoint ovulation in your wife:
The only way for you to know if you are ovulating is to take your basal body temp each morn, same time and before you get up. You should see a pattern in temps that leads up to and after ovulation. You can get the basal thermometer at Wal-Mart for about 8 dollars. I use a wonderful FREE website called Fertilityfriend.com...it graphs your temps for you, keeps track of your fertility signs, tells you when you ovulate and also tells you if there is an implantation dip in your temps. You can also use Ovulation prediction kits, but they only measure your LH surge and give you a ball park time for ovulation...they do not pin point it. Oh, and it is possible to be ovulating while you do not have your period, just like it is possible to have a period and not ovulate.

to be on the safe side you might want to get yourself checked out. It took me and my husband 4 yrs. But they will get you to take a sample ina pee cup and bring it in for lab work. And they'll give you an answer. It may be imbarassing but its worth it. She could try preconcieve pills to get her body in the best state for pregnancy. All they do is give your body the vitimans, nutrients her body will need before she gets pregnant. Also count 14 days after her next period starts and try a couple of times. That might help as well. Wish you the best

If you try tried every thing like ovulation calender, basal body temperature, cervical positions, ovulation predictor test strips & midstream tests, and stress free. I think you too should schedule a appt. with a fertility doctor. Good look my husband and I tried the ovulation calender for 3 months and now I'm pregnant. GOOD LUCK TOO BOTH OF YOU. =)

there are a number of things you could try...
wear boxers - they arent as restricting to your jewel-sack
have your sperm count checked - you might be a little low
have her get an ovulation kit and use it, it can tell her when she is most fertile.
the biggest one is: not worry about it. the more you stress about it, it seems to have an impact on your stress levels. if you "give up" and don't worry about it, and still have sex when you are more relaxed... you'll get pregnant!
good luck!!

You need to see a Dr. who specializes in fertility. Positions do not matter. They can use a concentrated solution of your sperm to artificially inseminate her and there are other options.

Ask your doctor to perform a sperm count on you. If this comes back clean have her request a round of clomid.
