The red X is a indicator that a photo failed to load properly. Sometimes the HTML code does not function properly and you will just need to attempt to reload the page the photo should be showing on. You can also go into your Internet Tools and make sure your setting are set to include these types of elements in your webmail. Go to Internet Options and select the Advanced Tab. Scroll down to the Multimedia section and make sure these items are selected:Enable Automatic image resizing, emable image toolbar, play amimation, play video, play music, show pictures and enable smart image dithering. Wtih these selected more photos should show properly on your webmail pages.

Now, even with the all the proper selections in Internet Options you are going to sometimes experiance failares in the loading of images. This is just an occurance which happens due to certain code errors on the server side and out of the control of your browser. Just keep trying to get the images to load and if they won't ask whomever sent them to you to send them as attachments so you can download them to your My Pictures folder in your My Documents folder.

I have had simular problems and just download and save them to my Pictures or Video whichever my associate sent.

Good luck and have a nice day!

the red X comes up when the image isnt loaded properlly..
