My mother is having problems with the printer for her computer. When you print off any letters or photos they all come out in various colours, no black ink. A letter today came out green. Any ideas how to rectify this problem. All the ink cartridges are full and maintenance tasks have been performed. Thanks.

Buy a new printer and get an extended warranty for it. Then when trouble occurs return it and get a brand new one!

Welp.. i don't have this challenge yet on my Canon printer. yet have you ever verify on the backside of the ink tank to work out if the little computer chip it nevertheless there. it might of got here off. those little chip come off fairly challenge-free with basically a splash of tension.. Or attempt cleansing the connectors. on the tank and on the printer.
