What is the easiest way to hang mini lights in a window?

I use little suction cups with hooks on them. they don't leave a mark and they come off really easy.

i usually use the hooks that come with the sticky stuff you pull on it to remove no mess

TINA, TAPE USUALLY COMES OFF, SO I STAPLE THEM WITH A STAPLE GUN.
