please dont misunderstand me; i dont think animals are in any way more important than human beings but honestly, I prefer the company of my sweet little bunny rabbit than I do that of some people

It's pretty simple. Your pet doesn't require anything from you except basic needs. He is always there for you, and never makes you feel bad about yourself, even if you have procrastinated feeding him or cleaning after his messes. With other people, a relationship is more of a two way street; one way is give and the other is take. Sometimes, we don't feel like giving or we feel like the other person takes too much from us. It is hard to make it balance, but worth it in the end. Enjoy your pets, but don't give up on people.

I like animals more than most people and treat my animals like most of my family and perhaps better at times. Animals treat us better than most people ever will and love us unconditonally. Especially dogs they are the most faithful, loyal, trusting friend you wil ever find. I also think you can always be yourself around an animal and they will always accept you no matter what you look like, no matter what mood you are in they still love you. Wether we realize it or not we change around people and we do not have to for our pets. An animal will never betray or hurt you and as humans we are drawn to that because we do not find that amongst other people.

Our pets don't argue, back talk, ignore, or treat us rudely. And they are always happy to see us no matter how long we have been out of the room.

Because our pets just accept us, even when we are beside ourselves with awful behavior our pets love us and forgive us. They don't remember that yesterday stunk, they just say "hey, you're here! Feed me, take me for a walk. Spend time with me. "
