Frequent urges to pee are quite normal in pregnancy, many times when you get to the bathroom the urge has passed... And only a few drops come out when it felt as if you were holding back Niagra...
It could also be a urinary tract infection ..... Very common in pregnancy.... Call your Dr.'s office and schedule a urine test so you can rule out infection... With infection ruled out, chalk it up to a foot or hand in the bladder causing the sudden bad urge to pee, all part of pregnancy...

I have that problem too and have for a few weeks and Im only 25 weeks pregnant. I get the urge to go and hardly anything comes out. It could be the pressure from the baby on your bladder or a UTI. Ask your dr next time you go in.

You mean you cant as in NOTHING comes out....
..because I am 35 weeks and I have urges to go to the bathroom really bad, but then its just like trickle trickle done because the baby is pushing on my bladder...
if nothing comes out at all, you may want to just ask your doctor to be sure.

Sounds like your growing uterus is back to laying on your bladder as it did in the beginning of your pregnancy. However, you should call your doc and see what he thinks. You very well could have a UTI or even a stone blocking urine's path out of your body.
