Does anyone know an easy way of setting up a website to sell my flat, and then post it. I use NTL. I need to know how the search engines would find the site as well. Any ideas?

do a google search I was on there earlier looking for houses and there are site set up for your purpose

Don't think you would get enough interest that way. You do get houses for sale web sites where you can advertise your house but I don't know how much it cost to add your house.

Try your local paper, ours has a video selling service, 2 free go's and then a small fee.
