Hairspray does nothing for ink.
Get an alcohol wipe (or a cotton ball with rubbing alcohol on it). Gently blot the spot. The ink will lift right off.
Be sure not to pour the alcohol over the spot! It will run and cause a bigger spot!

Hi
What you need to do with this stain is use a solvent type spotter. Since you don't have the professional stuff try using orange glo, 409 or acetate. First you will need to do is a test. To do the test spray the cleaner, using the back edge of the cushion. Spray a spot about the size of a quarter and wipe it with a white towel and let it dry on it’s own. If you are using acetate put it on a towel first and blot with towel.
If you get colour transfer onto the towel it is not safe to clean.
If there is no change in colour and no watermark then it is safe to clean.
If there is a watermark but no colour change it is safe to clean only thing is you will need to clean the whole thing.( to stop watermarks)
If you decide to clean it DO NOT do a lot of scrubbing on the fabric because you can damage the hair that is on the fabric.

Try rubbing alcohol, the kind you buy at the drug store. Soak and rub, soak and rub, rinse with water. It may take a few cycles but isopropyl alcohol usually does a good job on ink. Another option is nail polish remover. This is acetone and does a great job dissolving ink.
