I think coca cola's answer is rather harsh. We're not all that bad. It's great for girls to have guy friends, and I'm sure you'll have some soon enough. Do you go to church? That's a great place to meet people, especially guys. What about sports? Another great way to be around guys. Just be yourself and be cool. They'll come around.

They act scared of you because they're thirteen. Maybe it's because you're really pretty, or maybe it's because you're a girl. Not all boys are capable of interaction with girls at thirteen.
You don't really need guy friends right now. I didn't start having really good guy friends until after I started high school, and I didn't make any lasting friendships with any guys at all until I was 15 or 16. Don't rush it.
It is absolutely not strange. Don't worry about being like your friends. The greatest thing about being human is that we are capable of such vast differences between us, and our individuality is immense. Enjoy that, savor it. Be yourself, because there is no one just like you on earth, and the world deserves to know you as you are, not as another clone of your friends because you think that that is how you need to be.
Be yourself, and eventually you will have guy friends. They will appreciate that more than anything.

Coca Cola was getting a bit carried away there.... lol
You cant just go out and order guy friends though...you have to actually go out and talk to them. I had 2 guy friends at 12. If you sit near a guy in class, you can always start talking to them. That's how I got my guy friends throughout life. It usually helps if you just break the ice by saying some kind of joke... like a joke about something that happens in class or something the teacher says. Guys are actually really easy to talk to... I find they are a lot easier than girls to talk to because they don't come across as so "judgemental". Just relax and go for it.

I'm 13 as well. trust me here, Most girls that dont have 'guy friends' are perfectly normal. Usually, they are too embaressed to sit with you at lunch, or become your friend, because you are either too open or hidden inside your shell. do community service, make a few friends, get involoved, and trust me, the guys will be all over you! do what you like, then the chips will fall in place.

Don't worry about it too much. It comes naturally to some people, and to others not so much. But one thing that I've learned... be yourself. This may sound confusing, but you cannot be a friend to others if you are not a friend to yourself. There is much that is included in being someone's friend. They may come to depend upon you, and you upon them. Be able to stand strong within yourself, and others will find you. Like attracts like. Be happy with yourself, and you'll find plenty of people of the same mettle. I wish you the best.
