My friend [lets call her Suzy] is mad at me and I don't know how. She doesn't respond when I ask her why or if she is. Suzy's boyfriend [lets call him Jim] called me [we're friends] because me, Jim, Suzy and our other friend were gonna go to the local gym and hang out. But he asked me if we were still going to go because Suzy was mad at me and the other friend and he wouldn't tell me why she was mad. I've asked Suzy's other friends and they won't say anything. I don't know what I did and I don't know what to do. Any advice?

i know why she's mad. she thinks that me and our other friend flirt with him alot. and we don't really. and its not like me and him are ever gonna get together and its also messed up because he hugs suzy's other friends and he doesn't hug

Suzy, sounds like an immature person, if she can't talk to you...then she isn't really a friend... that's the thing about friends they talk, and if they are mad at one another they work it out...she isn't even giving you the chance, so she doesn't sound like a very good friend to me

do a face to face with Suzy, and ask her what it is you did. Tell her you realize she's upset, and ask her to tell you what it is you've done. If she really is your friend, she will tell you. If she still won't tell you, then you're just going to have to live with it.

I think she feels you are talking behind her back. If she has a boyfriend, she wants to be number one in his eyes and the only one he calls. You should communicate through her. It's a territorial matter. You are walking on her turf.
If you paired up with someone else, she will feel less threatened and probably ease up on you. Let her get over it and don't push too hard.

is she the jealous type? maybe she thinks "jim" is spendin more time with u than her, think to urself have u gone anywer with "jim" just u n him and suzy hasnt gone or doesnt know? if she thinks this and thinks that you would go behind her back with her boyfriend then she aint really a m8 is she! i dunno im not accusing u but this mayb a reason!

She's probably forgotten why she's mad at you. Send her an email, with an ultimatum that she must explain herself or you cant be her friend. Maybe she can better tell you in writing.
