My husband and I have been TTC for about 6 months. I generally have 28-32 day cycles. Last month I went 38, but had horrific stomach pains (not cramping). Because of the pain paired with my lack of period, I went to my gyno. He said that nothing was wrong and just let it go. My pd. did show up 3 days later. This month I'm at day 46 without any signs of a period. I've taken a preg test, and it came out neg. There was no stomach pain until today. Any thoughts on what this might be? Could this have to do with TTC? I have a checkup scheduled for Nov.; should I call my doc again or just wait it out until then?

Go in and ask for a blood test to see if you are pregnant. If you are not go to an OB doctor and work out a plan to help you get pregnant. Your regular doctor probably won't be very good at this. Medicine doctors study general health care. While OB's study well your area/pregnancy/and births. They will be able to make you the best plan.

it might be too early for a pregnancy ...you should call your ob/gyn and get a blood test done to see if your pregnant...and if you dont then you will notice a little bit of changes..for instance your breast will be sore, brown around your nipple, goosebump like pimples on your nipple area...mood swings...i have two kids and i found out i was pregnant by my doctor the 2nd time and the first i took a pregnancy test when i was suppose to have my period...sometimes the pregnancy test can be wrong but most of the time their right...hope this helps..by the way what is ttc?

call your doctor and find out. Make sure it's nothing, sometimes stress can make you miss. But for stomach pains ask your doctor just to make sure it is nothing serious
