Oh yes. the darker the skin the better it looks. Have you ever watch CSI Los Vegas, you can see good example there.

I easily have dark blue eyes myself, and that i placed on Sapphire blue contacts. Now they do no longer thoroughly conceal each and every of the brown, yet adequate to the area this is no longer that important. the form is Acuvue 2 Saphire Blue.

If you are someone that likes to stand out in a crowd.
If you are rather natural, choose another color.

Yes it would be a lovely contrast, very stunning and exotic. Good choice you must have a vibrant and interesting fashion sense.

it would look gorgouse [excuse my poor spelling], but it has to look VERY natural (so it cant be like, bright bright green) and the person cant be like REALLY UGLY, the uglyness would distacrt form the pretty-ness lol. im sure they would look great on you.
