Muslim women *muslimahs* are allowed to do things that are Halaal*not forbidden*
Women are supposed to go out in groups, not by themselves.
Muslims in general do not go to the movies, because of the acts in them, and women do not go to sporting events because Muslims are not sports players, meaning Muslims do not get invovled with the mainstream sports.
The women are supposed to be chaste ad modest so they do not put themselves in place with hordes of men ex: sporting events.

I think you are very easily confused between muslims who live by our traditions and have decided to live amongst us or those that decide to stick by their traditions.
I know muslim women who have gone to sporting events...I think you're taking things very stereotypically.

Im Muslim and i dont cover my hair...But i choose not to wear tank tops and shorts out of respect. I just where short sleeve shirts or skirts and capris, pants and stuff. My Mom is verrry religious and she doesnt cover her hair either. And she doesnt look arab you can just tell she is by her accent.

If the women are in traditional clothes you will spot them. Perhaps they dont like the cinema etc. cos everything they see is in widescreen?

Because in the religion they cannot go in front of men but can go in front of their husband. They are free to do whatever. In the religion women can hit men but men cannot hit women. That is the religion. Do you understand now?
