Practice the way you're going to play.
Play what you've practiced.
Play cuz you love the game. Play for yourself and not for the folks you're worried about.
Everyone makes mistakes and the mistakes you make seem bigger because they're yours; they're not, they're the same as everyone elses.
You need to practice and you need to play. The more you play, the easier it will get and the better you will get.
Quit worrying about what people will think and play the game for yourself and the team and the game itself.

i know that playing in front of people is hard if you arent used to it you shouldnt really care what others think about you if you know you're good then that's all that matters, when you are out there on the court forget about everyone that is watching you and play the game while having fun

In basketball (and even in life) you shouldn't care what others think. Besides you learn from the mistakes you make and ,yes, EVERYBODY makes them.

you remind me of me!
from my experience, just let it all out, if your scared to dribble since you afraid of turnover, just dribble it, if you are afraid of shooting it when your open, shoot it
i had the same problem as you, but then i began to hvae confidence, just pretend its just practice
