i do not think you watch much baseball. There are professional baseball leagues in Japan as well as the US. A large % of the US baseball players are from other countries such as Cuba, Dominican Republic, Venezuela just to name a few.
Then this year the World Baseball League started and that is played by once a year. Each country has a team and they play against other countries in a tournament.

Besides the United States, baseball is a major sport in Japan, South Korea, and most of Latin America (particularly Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Cuba). There is also some interest in the sport in Australia, China, and South Africa.

Well, I believe people from other countries like baseball too. Just look at how many baseball players are from other places.
To the comment Lemon made:
As a Latina(though I am not Mexican) that's a very obtuse comment you just made. I hope the reason is because you are still young.

I'm from Venezuela, where our religions are Catholic and Baseball. There are 50 Venezuelan Major Leaguers and there are about 200 in the minor leagues right now. I started playing the game as soon as I walked, and stopped playing after I underwent back surgery some years ago. We follow MLB on three local TV stations and on ESPN. Where do you think Bobby Abreu, Miguel Cabrera, Johan Santana, K-Rod, Carlos Zambrano, Magglio Ordoñez, Carlos Guillen, Ramon Hernandez, Victor Martinez, Omar Vizquel and Melvin Mora where born?

Are you really that stupid! Americans are the only ones who like baseball, no other country like or play baseball. Lets forget about Japan or Cuba or any of the other teams in the WORLD baseball classic.
