i want to watch films on it but it says no dvd decoder installed. what do i do?

The two that the last guy recommended are not decoders, they are used for more advanced stuff. If you have about $15 I would say buy one of the plug ins for Windows Media Player, under Tools>Plug ins>download plugins. If you want a free one, go to www.videolan.org.
