Guess, in Army you've an option of "buying yourself out" i.e. paying something to the army so as to leave the service (however, that might have certain restriction about the MINIMUM service you must've provided within the Army to eligible for that).

Mind you, if you do anything "naughty" & get sacked then you might NOT get the additional benefit, which I believe "ex" Army Officers often get for the rest of the life.

if you want to leave early why did you join in the first place? Talk to your CO or the chaplin. If there are certain circumstances, you may get a discharge however I think you are stuck there until your tour is up.
