my mother just got a house in texas but my dad wont let me and my brother go ..i hate him for not letting us go..he says that we have to got court....i dont want to go to court..does any body any avice for me????

You're going to have to wait until the court date to see which one of your parents will end up with custody over you!! You can always voice your opinion to your dad and let him know that you're ready to spend some time with your mom! He may be just holding you guys over your mom's head or he's just protecting you!! Be sure to let the judge know that you want to see your mom, but at this point, you're gonna have to do what your dad tells you unless your mom comes to get you!

Who has full custody of you - mom or dad? I am not sure where you live, but in some states you are able to decide who you want to live with when you are 11. That is why you need to go to court so you can tell the judge who you prefer to live with.
I am sorry that you are having to go through such a horrible ordeal. Just remember that your dad loves you VERY much or he wouldn't care if you moved to Texas or Tahiti! He just wants what he believes is best for you and your brother. Consider yourself lucky that you even have a dad who cares - alot of fathers these days don't want anything to do with their children.
Keep your chin up and pray alot and be very thankful that you have two very loving, caring parents who love both of you very much, but just can't love each other anymore.

I am sosry sweety, but it seems that the US court refuse to hear from the children
and your father as well, you two have to understand that is what you want,and it is not because you love him less it is just because you want to be with your mom
Beg him to listen to you
tell him how much you LOVE him and if he can love just anough to let you go,
promise that you will call him everyday
make a deal you call in the morning and he call at night

Your dad is probably really scared to lose you and your brother because you would live farther then he would like. Maybe sit and talk to him. Tell him you love him lots but want to live with your mom. Promise to visit him as much as you can and call him all the time to tell him whats going on in your life. You are lucky to have a dad who loves you lots. Try not to be angry with him he just dosen't want to lose you and your brother

i know all this seems really hard for you, but sometimes there isn't anything that you can do about it. when it comes to divorce and kids, sometimes things can get messy and the only way to get them solved is by going to court.
