Has anybody heard anything about that. Does management really treat their employees like crap?

It's certainly not an easy job. That's why we have multiple Unions to represent the craftspeople. Letter Carriers not only have to deal with dogs and weather but also poor management. That having been said we are a very dedicated lot and I get a great amount of joy in taking care of my 540 businesses and families. The post office seems to have the lowest turnover of any company that I know of ... So it must not be too bad.

The post office is there just to provide a job for those that want it .. if one chooses they dont want the job that is being provided, they should find happiness elsewhere.
