2z/[(z+5)(z-5)] + 3z(z+5)

least common denominator = (z+5)(z-5)

=[2z + 3z(z-5)]/[(z+5)(z-5)]
=[2z +3z^2 - 15z]/[(z+5)(z-5)]
=[3z^2 - 13z]/[(z+5)(z-5)]
=[z(3z-13)]/[(z+5)(z-5)]
= [z(3z-13)]/(z^2-25)

It's not clear what you mean by "solving". Do you want to simplify this? Please elaborate. There is no "indicated operation"; there is only an expression.
