You answer your own question in "I have an extremely low self-esteem". Ask yourself what this statement means? And, remember that what we think is, at best, mostly wrong in terms of reality.

Who as you were growing up said "now, don't be too proud, or boast, or talk about your self"? Or, said "think of others first", or said "There's always room for improvement."?

Sometimes there is no improvement that can be made. Sometimes there is, and this is almost always an automatic thing, not really needing much help. We do tend to assume that, because we don't know everything, that there is much to learn. What few stop to realize is that each is playing a role, and the props, including the knowledge necessary to play ones part are all within a person, and symbols from outside oneself awaken what is within one already... and we rarely perceive this reality as what education actually is.

Simply remaining curious and open to new ideas and data is normally sufficient for one to "learn" what one needs in life. If you need a license or degree, then go what is necessary to acquire it, but "what is necessary" only slightly enhances the knowledge one already had. Sometimes one has to "learn" stuff that after getting the license or degree, one has to forget thee stuff one learned.

Discovering that one is Perfect inside often causes the outside self to rearrange itself to better fit the inside reality. Each Soul is Perfect, and gaining Knowledge of Creation is an exercise in experiencing what the Soul already knows in Absolute terms, but not experientially.

Self appreciation and love of ones Soul helps in realizing the illusory nature of the role one is playing on the stage of life. Some detachment is healthy, in other words. Also, acceptance of what is goes a long ways towards self-acceptance.

Peace

I think you have to slow down with your list. It's too ambitious. It's better that you choose one from the list and focus on it first. I suggest you start with exercise. It improves blood circulation thus making you feel better. Then you can just add up another "what to do" until the list is done.

your list of things tells me that you are alot better than you think.you need to get some confidence and learn to let yourself off the hook once in awhile. It sounds like you are your own worst critic...and trust me-enough people will put you down,so be your own advocate and stick up for yourself. Thinking bad things about yourself is just going to drag you down. I hope you feel better.
