Germany and Holland would have to be the favourites, they have young squads growing and playing together, who will be bonded well by then
Italy, France and Portugal will be in transition by then, and won't find it easy.
Spain and England will do the usual Quarter Finals only trick, always assuming they both manage to make it.
Switzerland would be a good outside bet, having both home advantage, and a young squad in a similar fashion to Germany and Holland

I would like to see France, but without Zidane and a new outfit that would be a challenge, on anoher note, Sweden is a good unit, and a good striker (Ibrahimovic) but they dont have penetrative midfielders like Zidane.
So I guess it would be Holland or France in my book. Holland is a decent team with young guns ready to roll.
