Where ever you work, there should be someone who could help you communicate your questions to the right person. Human resources is a department within your company that helps sort out the hiring & firing policies, among other things.

I assume you are talking about human resource departments and their policy on termination.
I also assume that either you or someone you know was terminated from your job.
What I don't understand is, what exactly is your question?
