It seems only fair that you state your limits before you accept their money. You may be acceptable to them as a passive partner for the woman, a more active one for the man. But it's just not fair to accept their money and then refuse to do what they want. Perhaps you have to get in the habit of talking to your customers a little more up front.
P.S. Since prostitution is illegal many places, I'm going to assume you live somewhere where it is legal. Don't disillusion me.

If you need the money you do whatever the client wants.
You got their hopes up and then want to say "no, I don't do that". That's cruel. Maybe give her a rim job first and then slide up a few inches. Maybe you will like it or won't care if he's pounding you from behind when you are down there.

Well, although I don't condone prostitution in any way, that is usually worked out in the beginning. If you have specific limits that you will not cross, either state them up front and accept that you might not "get the job" or take the money and do whatever it is that you need to do to satisfy your customer.

Since your job is about performing a fantasy, you should probably try to see if you can do it, especially if you need the money. Pretend you're into, close your eyes and fantasize yourself about what you'd rather be licking.

You may be young and beautiful but lust can end pretty fast when you sick with a illness. Cut the sex trade and go and get a education.

tell them your not bi but could do soft stuff like kissing, touching, maybe she can go down on you. if they aren't happy with that then don't bother, the money wouldn't be that great from a night with them two. so just do what your comfortable with.

Give them their money back and tell them you don't provide that service. Next time, be clear about your services, because obviously you gave them the idea that this was something you provided.
Once your reputation for lying gets around, you won't be getting offers for anything but alley work.

If the money is right, handle your business. If you are scared go to church! If you dont work you don't eat. Simple as that cause you know what you got to do.

Tell them just that...
Go to bed with them and make it understood up front that
you are not interested on going down on the woman...
You "might" allow her to go down on you but that is just a maybe...
Other than that, just let your conscience be your guide...
