well it depends on how you look only you cand decide on how somethings looks on you but i would wear red with lipgloss to make it shine!

blue isn't a color to be worn except on Halloween. however you can wear red by itself. the hard thing is knowing your shade of red lipstick. there are SO many different shades it is amazing.
Light-skinned women should go with pink-red or violet-red lipstick shade
Darker-skinned women should go with a brown-red or blue-red shade of lipstick... blue-red not blue and red ha ha
Matte lipsticks are more classic and dramatic while glossy lipsticks are trendier.
Red lipstick tend to bleed, so use a neutral lip liner to hold in the color.
Don’t forget to keep the rest of your makeup minimal when you wear red lipstick, especially the eyes and cheeks. By wearing red you're bringing attention to your mouth (which shows confidence) you don't' want heavy eye make-up and bright cheeks, you'll too made-up and showgirl
Good luck and remember to try several shapes, just b/c the color looks nice in the tube doesn't mean it will work with your skin tone!

Red lipstick looks really good on women but not blue. I have actually never seen a women with blue lipstick in my life.

I can't imagine blue lipstick looking good on anyone, regardless of the color of skin. Some reds do but most of the time people chose a variation of red.

I'm guessing you mean a red lipstick that's tinted blue, more angled towards the cooler side of the color wheel?

I personally don't think that blue and red lipstick look good on anyone.
The red lipstick is maybe okay on grandmas, but that's the ONLY exception.

Red lipstick is very hard to wear unless you get the excat right shade...It's best to ask a professional, or start off with a nice sheer red lipgloss.
