do any of u know how to make the fur hood of a jacket better since my mom kinda messed it up?

i have this blue jacket with light brown furry stuff on the hood. i guess my mom put it in the laundry or sumthing and it came out feeling rough and dry..unlike the way it was when i bought it--felt like fur/hair. do any of u know how to fix it?

I know what you are talking about and the fur gets kinda matted and looks really bad. I dont really think there is too much you can do as its not real fur. You can try lightly combing it out but I am thinking alot of the "fur" with break off or fall out. Since it already got wet you could try getting it wet again and putting conditioner on it and lightly combing it out that way, rinse gently and the let dry. Dont rub it dry or mess with it too much. :)

I agree that you could also try gently drying it with a hair dryer on low heat but dont rough it up.
