Everyone has a six-pack. Seriously. However, in virtually every case, it's buried under a layer of fat.
Soooo...
1. Do crunches. Those are kinda like "1/3 of a situp".
Bonus point if you do them with your head about 24 inches lower than your feet (crunch bench).
You might also do the crunch while holding a weight to your chest.
Exercise until your abs (stomach muscles) are "blown out", meaning you can't do any more. Look for a killer stomach ache the next day (motrin, hooootttt bath).
2. Refine your diet to make sure you've got a low body fat content. This doesn't take one bit of equipment, or a gym. I takes you staying away from high-carb stuff, like fries, chips, sugars (ice cream and sugared pop), and beer (ahem!).

Not really a professional but i do know just doing sit-ups isnt going to work. First gotta lose the fat by doing cardio exercises. For example, running or swimming. First few pounds you lose will be the water thats in your body. Then you'll start to burn fat. To get 6 pack, you'll need to constantly do exercises that will use your abdominable muscles. For example Crunches or leg raises. Not only should you take care of yourself physically on the outside, but on the inside as well. Eat healthy. A friend of mine took 4 months. But time differs with each person.

If you have any fat you need to lose, do cardio to lose it. You can't expose sexy abs when there is a layer of fat covering it. And you can't get rid of the fat without doing cardio. So if you need to do that, do that.
As far as an ab routine, check out here:
http://orgs.jmu.edu/strength/JMU_Summer_2000_WebPage/JMU_Summer_2000_Sections/13_Core_training_Series_Intro.htm
Pick a few of those.. make sure whatever ones you pick you have a good variety which targets the upper abs (like regular crunches), lower abs (holding your feet 6 inches out or reverse crunches where you pop your hips up), and obliques (lying on the side and crunching up).
Treat ab crunches like any weight training routine. Do 3 sets of 20 reps for each. Twenty may not seem like a lot, but if you take each one REALLY slowly, you should feel it. Some people brag saying they can do 500 crunches a day and that just means they aren't doing 'em right, yknow. Make sure you inhale slowly, crunch up slowly for two seconds, hold it up for two seconds, then release it slowly for two seconds. So one crunches should take 6 seconds and you need to pull your abs in tight and keep them like that. If you do crunches like that, you'll get a serious workout as opposed to popping 'em up and down for a second each.

At age 14, your muscles are probably just starting to develop more. A total exercise program will help you tone and condition your body. Running is actually very good for your abs. You can also do sit-ups, crunches, and leg lifts to build the stomache muscles. If you can't do too many at once, start with some intervals. Do 10 crunches, rest, do 10 more. Flexibility exercises will help tone the body too. Good luck.

8 hours a day workouts. 14 is to young=you need to develop your body more closer to adulthood. Eat the right foods and use the proper drinks. Most of what you want in excercise centers around the abs. When you excercise do it even if it hurts or don`t have the strength. Depending on your physique now it will take a year to several years.
