Yes I do. I'm bluntly honest to a fault. I'm a Sagittarius so this is something were very known for. It hurts some people because they feel like you are being heartless, but that's not the case. I think being honest is a good thing because your not trying to candy coat anything. I can respect a person that is honest with me no matter how good or how bad it is. I feel like atleast they were honest about it, rather than just beating around the bush.

Well, you are talking to a lady who believes firmly in honesty. Of course, we all make mistakes from time to time. Being bluntly honest can hurt people sometimes. It is kind of a hard one to answer. Just go with your gut, I guess.

NO!!!
If you insist on doing this, you'll intimidate and alienate
yourself from everyone around you. Eventually, you'll
have no friends.
If you need to point something out to some one, please
be kind and considerate. Your feelings, as well as other's
are fragile and there is no need to hurt anyone.
Be tactfull and use some diplomacy, but be firm.
Diplomacy means saying the harshest things in the nicest
way. Do this always and not only will you be able to express
yourself to others, you'll also preserve your self- respect
and gain their respect for you as well.
Good luck to you.

Well it depends if someones asking for your opinion on something, then i think you should give a honest answer.

But then some people can be really rude, like this woman on the bus the other day, she just started insulting someone on the bus just because they dressed differently. I thought that was really rude, there was no need for it, he wasn't hurting anyone....

I think its fair to blunty be honest, as long as your truly honest people will be able to trust you. But as long as you are half honest people would not be able to trust you because they would not know if you're really telling the truth or an lie.

It depends on the situation. If someone is making a fool out of themselves, then by all means bring it to their attention. But if is a situation that is beyond their contol, let it go.
